my instagram reset my password but i don't know my email it sent a reset link to?

Hi, instagram decided for secure reasons to reset my password on my account. I don't mind this but it has sent an email to (h_singh_k@live.co.uk) and when i try to login, it says this account doesn't exist. This is because it is my secondary account which I only used to sign up with instagrsm and i haven't used this account in over a year. I searched this case on the internet and it said that a @live.co.uk account will be PERMANENTLY DELETED if it remains inactive for over 365 days. So now a password reset is sent to a account that doesn't even exist anymore. Does this mean I have lost my instagram account for good? It keeps sending a reset password to the email that doesn't exist so i am really confused and don't know if i will be able to access this account. Please help or is there any way to have contact with the instagram team? Thanks

Unfortunately, if you've forgotten your password and lost access to your email account, we're unable to release the Instagram account to you. This includes accounts registered with mistyped email addresses. We understand this can be frustrating, but this policy is meant to make sure Instagram accounts don't fall into the wrong hands. We hope that you are able to recall your password in the future so that you can log in and correct the email address.

this is also my problem, i downloaded a app where i needed to verified my instagram account to play the game. I did it and when i went to my instagram it says that instagram changed my password for my own security. I find it very strange because it's my account. I maked a new account, my old name was @fxcksmiley_ and now it is @fxcksmiley, with the same pictures but i miss my old one. I would like if instagram can change my password but they can't. my email is also only for instagram and i have no idea what my password is for that. I want my old account back! Instagram needs to help cause they changed it.
