Distance your self from whoever you are starting to have feelings for. Think of their flaws, and don't internet stalk them (Facebook, Twitter etc)

You can't really avoid love.. I know I've loved 2 people in my life time and have gotten my heart ripped out. And it's taken a toll on me. The relationship that I'm in now is scary to me. Because heart break is the worst. Especially when you know them and their perfect I'm your eye.. But it's impossible to block out love it just happens.
