Just say "oh I don't let any of my friends following on there because I don't feel too comfortable about it" or something like that

Block her from searching you and tell her you think your Instagram account has a problem or something when she asks you why cant she find it. Say no one can search you when they try. (; Say its something you're trying to solve & that you'll let her know as soon as you fix it or that you will make a new account soon so that people can add you.
