Facebook account temporarily locked?
hello friends I've been using my facebook account months ago but its has been ROAD BLOCKED
Whenever i open my account it asks for a SECURITY CHECK i did and then it says

"Your Account is Locked Temporarily

In order to continue with the account recovery process, please contact our User Operations team.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding our security policy"


What should i do Sad if anyone can help me
10 points for best answer I NEED MY FB AND MY FRIENDS BACK

to Regain Access to your account you have to Contact Facebook And Ask them to unlock your account
