how to convince my parents to let me get a twitter account?
im 13 and would like a twitter to follow celebs and fellow fangirls and stuff but I need some advice on persuading them as everytime I ask she says she'll 'think about it' or she'll 'ask my older brother about it' but she hasn't spoken about it since (I haven't talked about it for a while now )
please help me

I would just tell your parents that you don't want to be an outcast at school because you don't have a twitter account. I'm sure there is a privacy setting that could be set up too. Or maybe even have your parents make one and have them follow you.
