Privacy question regarding employer and facebook?

I am on mat leave from my previous job and that place i worked at was a hellhole. They refused to honor my modified duties when i was there for my pregnancy so I want to file a complaint with human rights legislation. I told a friend of mine on facebook that i was going to file. a mutual friend of hers who i thought was a friend of mine got wind of this and has been posting or stalking my facebook wall and printing out ANYTHING to my employer. Are they allowed to stalk my facebook page or is this an invasion of privacy? I am in Canada but I doubt that matters. Anyhow ive deleted all staff from my fb account but i cant log in and trust that they cant see it somehow. ive privatized my account and banned ppl from seeing my account. i know fb isnt the safest but i didnt want to completely delete an account that i have to stay in contact with family overseas. Anything I can do?

There is Nothing you can Do Emenployers Are Technically Allowed to look at your facebook account Dont Post anything on facebook that you dont want your emenployers to see
