my mom doesn't like my facebook friends?

my mom made me delete my facebook because of the "gutter trash whores" i have for friends. i set up a new account but she said i am to not have friends like this again. however, little does she know, my friends, how slightly and i mean slightly vulgar they APPEAR they are very kind, understanding people who are good people. i cannot make her see the good in them, so, i want to hide them from her aside from blocking her. any ideas?

**NOTE You have to be 18 to have an internet connection if your Mom catches you sneaking around behind her back what's the chance she'll either totally cut you off or at the very least clamp down to the point you might as well not have an internet connection?

I think you can controll who sees your facebook friends... just go to your profile and scroll to where your friends are then click the pencil next to where it says "Friends"
After you've clicked it, look above the "Save changes" button (it should have a few of your friends listed) and click the button next to it (it'll either be a globe or 2 shaded people) and scroll to the "Custom" or "Only Me" option. (If you select "Custom" you need to put who you'd like the list to be hidden from)

Don't hide it.
Ask your mother why she doesn't like you friend, confront her about the real issue. That she doesn't trust you, that she doesn't believe you can take care of yourself.
You have a facebook, so i think you're a teenager?

Anyway, if your mother cannot sit down with you and discuss it in a mature way, why she doesn't want to have these friends, then I believe it's your choice to do as you wish. It's parents like this who create dishonestly, who create dislike towards them and fail to see why it happens "authority doesn't create a good child, it creates fearful children who are lead by force"
