how can you make it on twitter to where u can only see certain ppl on your timeline?

on twitter, can't you make it to where you can only see the people you choose tweets? i know you can, but how?
there's so many annoying people on my timeline, but i don't wanna unfollow them. and I just wanna be able to see my friends tweets and whomever I choose, so answer my question please? (:

You can create a "list" by going to your profile and click "list". Then, inside list tab you should be able to find "create new list". Then, input your list name, like "best friends" etc, and description and privacy settings.

How to add people to list:
Go to the persons profile.
Click on the settings icon. (Should be near the "follow" button)
Thn click add to list.
Go back to your list in your list tab on your profile and you will only see that persons tweets.
You can add lots of people in one list.
