Should I file charges? If so, where?
My ex-boyfriend has been harassing me through text messages, and now Facebook. I had blocked him from my personal page, but I have a facebook page for my business as well, so now he is harassing me there. I would block him from that page too, but I can't figure out how.

I'm thinking I should file harassment charges with the police because I've ignored all his attempts to contact me, but it's not working, and it's upsetting me.

Question is.... if I choose to file, where do I file?? I live in one county & he lives in another, so do I file where I live, or where HE lives??

Where you live. Get a restraining order. Then when he contacts you again it will be a crime.

Contact your local police department and ask how and where to go for assistance. This is a form of stalking.
