My family follows me on twitter. HELP?!?

My uncle and aunt follow mw on twitter. And I feel like I have no more privacy. I can't tweet about anything to my friends without them butting in. It's so annoying. I really want to block them but I don't want them to know about it. Some say that when you block someone, and they try and refriend you or something, they can know they're blocked. Clear me up on this please. Do you think it's a good idea create a new account and tell them I changed accounts. I'll remember to keep both accounts updated though. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Create a new account and let all your friends know about that one.
Update your old one sometimes, though. So your family doesn't get suspicious and ask you why you're not online. Simple.

I think having a secret account for friends is a good solution . I have problems with my parents and sister on Facebook my solution was blockin them from seen my status, wall,photos. I only have them on my friends. I do not use twitter much but I think you could have an account for friends only, is your life!
