profile notification on FACEBOOK, does it really work? And how?

I just noticed there is a PROFILE notification on facebook, you become a fan and post to your friends, then it says you will be able to know when someone is looking at your profile, and how often they look at it. Does this really work or is it one of those hoax things?

Hoax. Any facebook page that 'requires' you to invite all your friends, is a scam, as facebook would make it a service, and not a fan page, and apps can't modify facebook itself

just some saddo who wants to exsite people and get fans for a page that wont work

think about it its a FAN page, you could of made it, its not going to work

its a hoax, these applications do not work there rubbish, some send through notifications saying "(there name) has viewed your profile" when actually they haven't!
so its not worth even looking for one none of them work, waste of time to be honest
