Why aren't I getting facebook notifications to my phone anymore?

Okay, so I have my yahoo account setup w. My blackberry curve 9330; so whenever I get an email it comes straight to my phone in a text. And you know how facebook emails you whenever you get a notification? So usually if someone sends me a message or something I'll get it to my phone on a text; but usually I use the site instead of the app cuz I hate the app. So a couple of days ago my friend asked me to download the app so he could upload a pic cuz its easier to upload a pic w. The app. So I did that. But I signed out and continued using the site. But then after this I noticed that I'm not getting the notifications to my phone anymore. I went to my messages, pressed options, inbox settings, and under email accounts I have my email checked off. I figured that it wasd cuz the notifications would come through the app, so I went to options, applications, and uninstalled the facebook app. Nothing. I'm still getting other emails from other things but facebook isn't sending me the notifications to my phone anymore-___- please help; thanks

Have you logged into your Yahoo account to see if the emails are there? If not they can't get your phone. Are they in your spam folder?

Hard to tell what is happening from your explanation. I would try setting up notification as if you were a first time user.
