Instagram won't let me sign in?

Instagram won't let me sign in?
Every time I try to log in, it says' "Your account has been disabled due to terms of service violation." And then if gives me a link. I'm on iPod so I don't know what to do. Could I ever go on Instagram again? I tried making a new account but same thing would happen. I deleted the app and same thing. Safari Instagram won't work either. What did I do wrong because I don't recall doing anything bad? Is there a way to get it back? HELP PLEASE
