how do i remove someone from my facebook friend list?

i want complete and easy steps for removing a few unwanted people from my friend list on facebook. thanks in advance and hope you would help me.

Hold your mouse over their name. A popup will appear with some basic information about them. In the lower right corner of the popup is a button that says "Friends". Hold your mouse over that, and a menu will appear. Click the "Unfriend" link.

follow this:
just login your Facebook account and click on the profile link friend which you wanna remove. on this background picture there will a message menu and setting icon.
click on setting icon and unfriend that friend there.
now that buddy will removed from your friends list.

first open your friendlist. A friend list will appear & then click on cross coming near to each profile on right side. From there you can delete friend.
