Friend Requesting an Ex on Facebook?

Adding an ex as a friend on Facebook?
I just dated a guy briefly, and I said some mean things, and he told me not to text him or reach out to him anymore. Should I add him as a friend on Facebook and does that seem like I'm running or chasing him down if I do that? Or are guys okay with the social media connection even though you aren't calling/texting the guy anymore?

You will come off as a stalker/nutjob if you do add him. Sorry but it's true. My guy friends are always telling me and hubby about this kind of thing. Even if he somehow is ok being FB friends and does accept the request it's going to drive you crazy seeing his feeds. Give it time. A Long time.
