Facebook messages and privacy relation and some queries. Please Help!!?
I'm trying to find a girl's profile. She is in a different city and I forgot her last name. Her first name returns 500+ results. I dont even know if she has a profile pic of her own so I cant be sure to find her if I rummage through all the results.

So I looked up some of her college's people and I have sent them messages if they know her, or could point out their profile to me. The thing is-- I am aware that after I send them a message they can access my private profile and see my albums and stuff. So is there anyway I can undo the message after I get an answer (or not) so that my privacy is still secured. (I am not a stalker or bot but a real person, so my profile content's access and privacy is important to me)

And the general question. Can anyone suggest some way I can go about finding her. We flirted on the airport and the flight and we liked each other. The thing is both of us have complicated names that neither would probably remember. We said we'd be in contact and in the end hurriedly told each other our names so we can find each other on facebook. All I know is her college, her degree and her city. However she is not there on the college's FB group and refining the search by including the name of the city doesnt work either. Shit! Can I find her?

PS: Her attitude was sincere and honest, as was mine. So I think there's just an information asymmetry we're dealing with here and I have to somehow find a way across it to her Undecided

10 points!

Go to Settings, then Privacy Settings, and from there you can choose what you want people to see. Those who you sent messages to will only see what you would let any stranger see. There's no way to... retract a message. That's the best I can think of if you want to remain, for the most part, anonymous. Good luck! :] Maybe you wanna try Googling her?
