help contacting twitter directly?!?

Ive had a twitter for 1 1/2 years now and I cannot login to twitter on my phone because a spam account got into my email I used for that twitter so I cannot send a reset password link what so ever. I am currently only able to tweet on my ipod,

no I will not create another twitter, ive had this twitter for a while.

what is the email or phone number to contact twitter about this?

I have tried emailing and it is a bot that adimatically sends emails which is no help at all.
