You cant. That's the whole purpose of the firewall - to control what can and cant be accessed. If it was easy to bypass, they wouldn't be in use.

use a program called Tor.. your work may be blocking Tor also tho but its worth a shot.. if you want to use Youtube on it however you are going to have to google how and manually install the flash plugin..
use at own risk because you can detect if someone is using tor

I recommend not trying this at all. There are very good reasons that your work block these sites. They could be monitoring your computer with keyloggers, activity loggers and the like. Viewing these websites at work could be a violation of your contract. IF... no its WHEN you are caught, you will be out of a job before you know it.

Proxies are major sources of malware and ways hackers can use your computer for their purposes. Using them is really really risky. You may already have malware or bots on your computer form using it.

Buy a good VPN.

Whatever you do don't fall for the bogus review on the so called best VPN review sites. They are all scams where the best reviewed VPN's are the ones that pay the review site the most money. Even the customer reviews on these sites are phoney.

Also fancy VPN sites with instant gratification and setup are subject to getting hacked, like purevpn did last month. Customer emails and names were stolen and used by the hackers.

Stick with a company that emphasizes security and network protection.

I’d suggest a Personal VPN service http://www.surfbouncer.com

Which can be as cheap as 4 bucks a month
