What should I upgrade to on my computer build?
Specs:
Graphics Card: EVGA Geforce GT 640 2BG
RAM: 4GB G.SKILL
PSU: 450W Rosewill
CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 3.3Ghz Dual Core

Which should I upgrade first? I dont want to spend more than $200 on any of the upgrade parts.

You only upgrade your PC if you really want to, but you'll have to budget more than $200. I'd recommend you get more ram/cpu/psu though it's just fine as it is.

Even if your motherboard supports you upgrading the RAM, CPU, GPU, etc...why bother? Honestly, this is a lower end gaming computer with how it already is. And if you want to upgrade for higher end gaming then you would need a lot more than a $200 budget. If you don't need this system for gaming then its just fine the way it is.
