does deleting your facebook delete everything you sent to your friend on their facebook

No it doesnt delete what you send, facebook deactivate your profile, which hides your account not the matter, your friend will not be able to open your account link, will not show your name and pic

NO It will not delete but you will be disappear in your Friend's Messages , Friends list and Facebook Groups. Your Facebook Link will be disable and will not redireect to your time line. I would recommend you to take back up of your data and friends list. YOu can re activate your account any time by using your old email and same password. Hope this help you.
