What are some good photo editing apps ?
I need some photo editing apps. To change my pics from landscape to a regular bc Instagram doesn't let you put landscape pics.

Just plug your phone in, use windows photo viewer, and rotate the photo.

you can use adobe photoshop for high level image editing. and you can use microsoft office picture manager, paint for small level picture editing. like cropping, rotating, resizing, etc....
