The only thing you can do is to write a mail to Facebook about your situation. It could be serious when something like this happens..

And next time, choose a better password, and don't use the same password for your mail.

Since They Changed your Email Address As Well im Afraid You Wont Be Able to Get Back Into your Account

Make a New Account and Report the Old Account as Being Hacked/Stolen
