Can you put a post on another Facebook group/page and hide so none of your friends can see.

groups and pages are two very different things

with pages, no, your friends are going to see everything in their ticker unless you add them to your restricted list, because pages are always public

and NEVER EVER EVER just like a page because your friends want you to, or someone on yahoo answers wants you to... those pages can be connected to an app, and that app can cause serious problems with your account if you give it permission to do so, which most kids do, because they think they have to and dont really understand the ramifications of their click

however, with groups, the creator of the group can choose to make the group either public or secret... if it's a secret group, then only other members of that group will see your comments and likes in their ticker, but if it's a public group, then all of your friends will see your likes and comments in that group

and once a group that is public has too many members, it cannot be changed to a secret group... because that leads to horrible abuse, trolling, and spam - something that facebook wants nothing to do with

UNLESS

you add them to your restricted list... how many times a day do i have to explain this?

Page No you Can Not Groups If its a Secret Group Only Members of the Group Can See it So your Friends Wont Be Able to See it unless They are in the Group If its a Public Group than Anybody Can See it
