Facebook does not show my device name.?

hi. few days ago i bought a new sony xperia j. i installed facebook for android app. and when i go online i updated status via android. but when from my laptop i got online, i saw that there was no sign of android. and below my status it was ''VIA MOBILE'' why so? some of my friends have windos and ios phones and facebook shows their device names. why it is not showing android? plz help

does it matter you can't change that it's programmed inside to say via mobile just some of them say via iphone or whatever idk what to tell this isn't a problem

My Samsung had a built in app for fb. When I update my status via it, it shows "via Samsung".
Just check if your phone has a built in app or widget for doing so..
