Cant login to instagram!!?

Instagram recently sent me an email saying that my password has been requested to be reset and that if i didn't request for this that i click on a link provided within the email.

As i did not request for the password to be reset i clicked on the link and it took me to an instagram page and told me that my email address for my account has now been removed.

Because of this i can't access my account now as it requires an email in order for me to change my password and i don't know my password.

When i go onto the instagram website and click on 'forgot my password' i enter my instagram username and it tells me that an email has been sent to 'k*********@e******.com' with the password reset link in the email!!!

What email address is this??? It is not one that i have!!

How do i get a password reset link????
