She ignored three of my Facebook friend requests, and I'm seeing her this weekend. Advice, please?

No need to ask, it will only make things awkward. She denied your request three times. No matter the reason, it's obvious she's not interested in being Facebook friends. You'd save you and her a lot of discomfort if you let it go, I think.

I dont understand why you are seeing her unless it is at a group gathering not intended by either one of you. In that case , let it go but dont expect anything of her.
