Question about Facebook or Myspace comment email notifications?

I sent a comment to a friend on facebook and myspace. Then, I deleted it. Would the comment notification already be sent to his email?

Yes. But they wont have any way to see the actual comment.

Well, I don't think they'll see it on MySpace. However, even though you deleted your comment on Facebook, they can still see what you wrote if they receive email Wall notifications. If they have activated their settings to where they receive an email every time someone writes on their Wall, your comment will be in that email. But if they didn't activate their settings to where they receive emails when they get new Wall posts, then no, they won't know what you wrote.
