Does this punctuation work?
Media specialist and newMedia Lab teacher Lindsay Clark looks at social media’s ability to spark change and enable communication on a global level -- all with the click of a button.

Punctuation is fine. Capitalisation (missing space?) of "newMedia Lab" is odd. You could say "at the click of a button"..

Yes. An m-dash (or its equivalent, an n-dash inside two spaces) is the best choice of punctuation there. A comma would be too weak, though acceptable, but a colon would suggest that “all with the click of a button†is the necessary completion of “social media’s ability to spark change...â€
