Can I hide activity that I changed profile picture?

Can I hide activity that I changed profile picture on facebook on main page from my friends?
Just hide it, but when they click on my profile they will be able to see.

You should hide the photo if you dont want it to show others.
Click on the photo you want to edit.
Once the photo is expanded, the current audience of the photo will appear in the upper right corner (ex: if the photo's privacy is set to public, you will see the icon). Click on the icon and select the new audience you want to share the photo with.
