why is my main facebook stuck with the timeline but the new one i just made isnt?

i need someone to explain to me so that i understand.... my main facebook has the timeline so i just made a new one to see what would happen, my new one doesn't have the timeline and i thought everyone was gonna have the timeline by Dec 22'nd weather they wanted it or not.... what is up with that??? it's past the 22'nd and everyone doesn't have the timeline. i dont get it, why only some people have to have it and not all? that isnt fair!!! i didnt even want the timeline, i clicked the take tour button to see what it was and it just gave me the timeline.
there is no way of removing the timeline as well =[

New accounts are standard on the older facebook theme.
You have to actually click "change to Timeline".

And yes, it won't change back at all.

You got to get away from him. You are in an abusive relationship. You complain when he abuses you, but you keep going back for more. It's your own damn fault. You are in a bad relationship with Facebook.

First he shows you pictures of your friends and says bad things about them. He buys you presents. He made you show pictures of all your whereabouts. Now he's setting up timelines. He's controlling you and you're letting him.
