What to do about fradulent Facebook account?

I have never signed up for Facebook, but through searching my name out of interest on Facebook found an account with my name and high school on it.

I had a friend attempt to contact the account owner but it is set to private and my friend was not contacted back.

What can I do to make sure this account is deleted so that no slander can be said about me?

contact facebook about it n explain the situation, it also happened to my friend and facebook ended up deleting the profile

First you would want to create a facebook account so you can do what im about to show you.

After youve created your account go to this URL: http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php...ke_profile

Do everything it tells you to and get all your friends to do it to. Even with just you telling the facebook staff about this impostor the profile will be kicked off of facebook
