If you want to delete all mail from FB in your email client, you can set a spam filter that will delete or move to a different directory. Only works for new mail though.
To delete the old ones, sort your emails by originator, usually done by clicking on the column header and then select them in block and delete.

Close your Facebook account.

you can go to account settings than click on notifcations and you can control what you do and dont want being sent to your email
