quick question about facebook text notifications on cell phone?

i have my cell phone linked with my facebook account so when i receive notifications on facebook i get a text message on my phone telling me it.... if i go to the forgot password link then i put a new password, will i get a text notification telling me that the password has been changed or no??
i tried but i didnt receive a text notification...on the settings on facebook i put to receive texts for everything

you should yes, it is just the same as e-mail

no you don't, i've changed my password plenty of times, and i also do the facebook text thing. they will send the password to your email when you type that in.
