how do i get a guy i dont know to notice me?

Okay so here's the thing. The only way that I know him is because he plays basketball against my school and tonight they play us. I followed him on Twitter and he followed me back but I want him to see me at the game and put two and two together. I was also thinking of just kind of walking up to him and giving him my number but I don't know how to do this exactly. So what should I do?
okay, I also forgot to mention a few things. So the varisty team for our school usually sits and watches the jv game across from the visiting school. The thing is I would have to go up to him and give him my number while he's with his team and also while my varsity team noticing this. The only reason I don't want my team to see is because I literally just got done having a thing with one of the players on my team because he made a dick move lol. I also can't do it after the game because his team will leave almost right away.

Sit closer to their bench so he will see you. Make frequent eye contact and smile. If you are with friends, try and stand out and seem like the funny, fun and nice girl. Also put some effort into your outfit and makeup and try to look pretty. After the game stick around and make sure he sees you as he's leaving, smile cutely at him and even wave alittle. Then when you get home or later on that day dm him and say "hey I saw you today at the basket ball game! You played really good!" Complementing him will make him feel special and like you were focused on him. You should be good to go from there. Act happy and smiley and laugh because then he will see you are outgoing and fun!
