I'm not sure we don't know what the actual photo looks like and as Anthony said someone can "doctor" pictures. For all we know someone has doctored the picture of him outside the Capitol with all the representatives. He may very well be doing undercover work for AG Holder on some type internet deal. Let's don't jump to conclusions until the administration has finished the country off.
