Can you help me with what this means?

So on my Instagram about 58 weeks ago around Christmas I posted a picture that said " I wonder if anyone ever looks at me and thinks Wow she's beautiful?" And my guy friend that I sit by in health and me are getting like really close and talking a lot and yesterday he went very far back in my Instagram and only liked that picture, and I have a ton of pictures so he went pretty far back, would this mean anything or am I looking too far into it ? It just brought up questions and I've been thinking of it.

For any guy to take the time to do that tells me that he really likes you so no, your not over thinking this.

Yeah if he put that much time into going through your pics he was interested in you for some reason! If you've also been 'getting close' in general then I think it's a good sign. He's either interested or worryingly bored and spending too much time looking through girls photos!
