Looking for marketing and advertising advice?

My original plan including online advertising and advertising on bulletin boards where families go.

I did have a few clients brought to me from ADWORDS but nothing from facebook, kijiji or craigslist. Actually I find posting on kijiji and CL to be counterproductive as I get loads of spam or people looking for free stuff saying they can't afford but would love to have etc. ( which makes me feel bad but is not good business practice for me so I don't really want to keep posting there )

Any other online ideas? My target markets are parents, expecting mothers and couples ( although I do models and other photography I don't really market it )

So I am not really getting too many responses. I get a lot of hits from kijiji but like I said no real leads.
I get about 3 emails per week and usually they ask for more info and then don't get back to me. I am only booking 1-2 clients per month right now.

I think my photography is fine I just think I am having troubles turning the peekers into CLIENTS.
