FaceBook mobile..need help!?

Ok, so im trying to upload a picture to my Facebook from my phone. when i go to the Facebook mobile place, it doesn't show me where my personalized email address is to send the pictures... any help?
I do not have a smart phone.

Android: Go to the android market then search for 'facebook' for android then now try it
Iphone: Go to the app store and then search and download 'facebook' now try it.
