What are some of the best bang for buck ways to market a new business?
This year I started a computer repair business, and I'm currently working my business full time, but I need to get more customers in order to be viable as a business.

All of my customers have been very happy with the service I've provided, and several have been repeat customers, but I'm having a hard time getting new customers.

Currently I'm doing advertising online with superpages/yellowpages and pay per click with the big search engines. I'm also getting in the local yellow pages, but I need to wait a couple of months until the new directory comes out. I've also started a facebook fan page, a twitter page, and a blog with articles I hope are helpful for my customer base.

I don't have a lot of cash to invest, but I have time. What do you think I should do to get the word out?

Try direct mail or door hangers. The volume of mail being delivered has dropped off substantially and now it may actually make sense to try sending out fliers. You should also contact the weekly newspapers in your area. You may discover that they will give you a great discount to get your business and weekly newspapers are doing good in this economy.

Try mass faxing to your local community or cold calling a few hours a day.

try asking current customers for testimonials about how great you are outlining the benefits of doing work with you - people love to do business with those they trust and referrals work great

You could try http://www.esnoozer.com

I've had a lot of luck with them!
