Help with uploading profile picture in Facebook?
I have Windows 7, internet 9. I am trying to upload a halloween picture for my profile picture on Facebook and it will not load. What to do?

save the picture in your "my pictures" folder then open up ur facebook account go to create new album, then upload pics, then browse, then find the picture, click it, click open, then click upload, then make it ur profile picture
