How can a facebook ID can be deleted permanently ?

First of all i searched on web how should i delete the account.then I followed the process,that i got.they said it will take more than 15 days to delete permanently.after some days it was showed on the screen it will b deleted on 6th feb. so i waited. but after 6feb i saw it was not deleted ! strange ! now what should i do?

I just want to delete this ,& open a new account.
please someone help me giving the the procedure of deletation (not deactivating) specifically.Iam just not understanding what & how should i do ?

it's against the rules to delete your account just to create a new one - did you not read the rules?

the only way to delete your account is to wait the 14 days
