Traffic website sources like, "Adknowledge" are they more effective for generating traffic to my websites online than buying solo ads?

In general avoid sites that sell traffic packages....this traffic is of unknown origin the most times...and it worths 0 for any website....

If you are looking for leads , go for solo ads from trustworthy solo vendors like safe-swaps.com or search for others in Google.

Another thing you could try is advertising , ppc ads , banner ads , facebook ppc....
