"Google doesn't crawl all the pages on the web, and we don't index all the pages we crawl. It's perfectly normal for not all the pages on a site to be indexed."
"Google doesn't guarantee that we'll crawl or index all of your URLs. However, we use the data in your Sitemap to learn about your site's structure, which will allow us to improve our crawler schedule and do a better job crawling your site in the future. In most cases, webmasters will benefit from Sitemap submission, and in no case will you be penalized for it." If you want to be crawled all pages just share them on social networks - G+, Twitter and Facebook. All of them step-by-step. I know, this will take time but will Search Engines will crawl it. Ads |

Hi
Use "Fetch As Google" option Submit your web pages which are not crawl by Google so they can index by faster. You can submit Up to 500 URLs by using Fatch as Google. |
