If you delete your facebook account can you remake it?

I have a Facebook account. If I delete it can I make a new one with the same name? The account/facebook page is my first and last name?

The reason being is I have about 5,000 likes and it's a pain to have to unlike 5,000 pages one at a time.

I know there is about a 3 day delay to delete account but after that can I just make another with my name?

Yeah its just deactivated just login with your old details.
