Always treat requests from total strangers with extreme caution.

Although it might just be someone who is trying to get-up their numbers and doesn't really care how they do it it, the "fine girl" is exactly the persona used by the scam-merchants and hackers.

In terms of your safety, it is always better to reject requests like this.
