Go in your Answers profile and click on the link that says "View Profile", you'll be able to upload an image through there by hovering over the picture.

First, if you haven't already, then you need to save an image to your computer. I personally recommend saving it to the desktop, because that's where you have the best chance of remembering it. Or, you can use your Facebook profile picture, if you have one.

Second, you go onto your Yahoo! profile. Hover your mouse over the space where your profile picture would go, and a little bar will appear at the bottom. Click that bar.

Third, a drop-down bar will appear with icons showing you the options that you have to choose your profile picture saying upload, Facebook, no photo, et cetera. If the image you want to use is saved onto the computer, then you click the upload button.

I think you can get it from there.
