how can I get my photography more noticed?

I am an 19 year old self portrait, fine art photographer. I want to get my photography more noticed on a wider scale, so I get a bigger audience looking at my work on Facebook, Flickr etc. My photography page is:

well join some shows and photo groups. in your area. join a club, or website group. enter your work in galleries and spread the word.

worse comes to worse and if you have money pay for advertising.

You could start by producing better photos. You seem to be heavy into Photoshop creations. What you don't seem to understand is that no matter how good you get a digital manipulations, the end result will only be as good as the parts. In other words, your edits are interesting, but the parts of the original photos you are piecing together are not good at all, leaving you with interesting edits of poor photos. Not good. Learn the basics of photography, start taking better photos, THEN work on creative edits using good photos.

Oh, and if you want to be taken seriously...get off of Facebook.

Take better photos.

You have some interesting photos that are not overly polished, but could be promising. You one of the guy in the air, the hand coming out of the suitcase, the guy in mid air in front of the car, these are all good concept photos.

Ultimately, I don't find them overly compelling, but they could be with more work. There is no interaction between the person and the surrounding environment in the shot of the guy floating and in the air in front of the car. The suitcase is way too dark and featureless in the other shot. But you could refine these techniques and make better shots.

Then post in more locations. 500px is a great web site for high quality images, and flikr can be OK, especially if you are active in some of the more popular groups. Finally, if you can put together a portfolio of interesting images, you may be able to get them on a blog. I had a series of shot published by the berry.com a few years back just by emailing them.

You specialise in "self portraits". Isn't that a bit limiting.
Anyway, there are now millions of images on the Internet for anyone to see and share so the chances of anyone noticing and liking yours are minimal.
try submitting some to magazines and see if they accept any.
Also, enter photographic competitions. You will then get to see how good yours are against other competition.

remember to think globally but act locally. find a local Camera Club to compete in look for venues for gallery displays such as coffee houses and libraries. make a name for yourself locally before trying to branch out further.

What ever makes you think anybody is interested in looking at your self portraits?
Selfies are 10 a penny on just about any photo sharing website you pull out of a hat.
They are tedious and boring - nobody is interested except the narcissistic selfographers.

So to answer your headline question - take photographs that people (other than you) want to look at.
