Yeah, they'd do it. If you're going to do it yourself, though, make SURE you bleach your hair. Your hair is light, but not light enough for the color to take. Yes, you would suit it. You have a lovely, light complexion and pastel colors always look great with paler skin.

they should be able to do it at the hairdressers if not its manic panic lilac and you can buy some pastelizer to get it lighter if you want it lighter and yes it will suit your hair just fine
