So, who do you talk to in Airtel if you do not get your problem solved?
Customer care in Airtel sucks,big time. I recharged my 3G data card with 300 MB with a validity for 30 days and When I checked my account, the validity time was for less than 30 days. I called customer care and this rep comes on line and tells me that Airtel has not updated their website and that the validity is only for 21days. So when I ask her to reverse or cancel my transaction because their website was giving wrong info ,she says she cannot. Surprise, surprise!! So when I ask to talk to her supervisor, she tells me that the answer will be the same..huh? So when I persist she puts me on hold for the supervisor and guess what?.. I am on hold for literally forever and then the line is disconnected. So basically, Airtel took my money for services they cannot provide by giving false info on their website. So, what do you call this....

i know how to deAl cheaters
i simple type "airtel official facebook" page in google
go to page,mention my issue in message option and threaten them giving my phone no & location that if they didnt solve issue within 24 hours i will switch to vodafone
they immediately call me back & within time they solve it

Same happened to me with a offer in airtel. Costomer care did not give any Solution.go to airtel india OFFICIAL facebook page and send this complaint. You may get your extra validity. But you an not get your money.
