How much data usage does it take to download the facebook app for iPhone?
I've only had my new iPhone for 2 days, and already i'm up to 850MB of usage!!! All i've done is download the facebook app, go on facebook a few times, and also check a few emails on hotmail. Surely this isn't right??? Does downloading Apps take up lots of data usage? How can i limit this usage? Are there other things i can turn off on my iPhone?
Thanks!!! Very much appreciated!

On the app stores it should say the amount of MB at the bottom of the page.

But i would say around 2 - 5 mb....

Downloading the app itself does not take a lot of data. Say around 2-5 MB. However, if you are uploading pictures, watching videos, chatting, etc. within the app, then that would cause your data usage to skyrocket.

i had this problem once. this is due to the fact that the app is keeping track of almost EVERYTHING your friends are doing. thats a hell of alot of megabytes. if you wish to solve this, double tab the button on the bottom of your iphone, and press and hold an icon in the thing that pops up. when the minus appears for all the apps, minimize all of them. this stops it from keeping track of everything, thus saving you data.
